摘要
格雷夫斯眼病(GO)为格雷夫斯病最常见甲状腺外表现,与眼眶组织炎症及自身免疫反应相关.临床常采用影像学手段评估GO、辅助分期诊断格雷夫斯病并评估其活动性,预估其对激素治疗的反应.本文就影像学研究GO进展进行综述.
Abstract
Being the most common extra-thyroid manifestation of Graves'disease,Graves'ophthalmopathy(GO)correlates with inflammatory and autoimmune conditions in orbital tissue.Imaging modalities are often used to assess changes of GO,so as to assist staging and assessing activity of Graves'disease,also to predict the responsiveness to hormone therapy.The progresses of imaging evaluation on GO were reviewed in this article.
