摘要
冠状动脉疾病(CAD)是全球最常见心血管疾病,发病率和死亡率均较高且持续上升;识别高风险斑块可指导临床治疗决策.冠状动脉CT血管造影(CCTA)不仅可评估阻塞性CAD严重程度,亦有助于显示冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块特征.本文就CCTA用于冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Coronary artery disease(CAD)is the most common cardiovascular disease in the world,with high and continuously raised incidence and mortality.Identifying high-risk plaques can guide clinical treatment decisions.Coronary CT angiography(CCTA)can not only assess the severity of obstructive CAD,but also help to show characteristics of coronary atherosclerotic plaques.The research progresses of CCTA for coronary atherosclerotic plaque were reviewed in this article.
