In current time and foreseeable future,the application of data analysis and traditional machine learning methods can effectively address the challenges faced in legal research and practice,thus deserving more attention and recognition.However,there are both technological and market-related challenges associated with generative artificial intelligence models like ChatGPT and Sora,which still pose a considerable gap in practical applications within the legal field.Legal practitioners should prioritize digital thinking and promote the use of big data and machine learning methods to assist decision-making.At the same time,caution must be exercised in dealing with large-scale models and generative intelligent technologies to avoid blind investment and resource wastage.Faced with the continuous emergence of artificial intelligence and the"AI fever"in the legal industry,this paper recommends that academia and practitioners closely observe the impact of artificial intelligence on legal practice.Furthermore,legal professionals should carefully identify problems,target mature technologies,and plan before taking action.
