摘要
为了对盐酸阿比多尔进行质量控制,合成了盐酸阿比多尔的5种可能的有关物质:6-溴-4-[(二甲基氨基)甲基]-5-羟基-1-甲基-2-[(苯基亚磺酰基)甲基]-1H-吲哚-3-羧酸乙酯(有关物质A)、6-溴-4-[(二甲基氨基)甲基]-5-羟基-1,2-二甲基-1H-吲哚-3-羧酸乙酯(有关物质B)、6-溴-5-羟基-1-甲基-4-[(甲氨基)甲基]-2-[(苯硫基)甲基]-1H-吲哚-3-羧酸乙酯(有关物质C)、4-[(二甲基氨基)甲基]-5-羟基-1-甲基-2-[(苯硫基)甲基]-1H-吲哚-3-羧酸乙酯(有关物质D)和6,7-二溴-4-[(二甲基氨基)甲基]-5-羟基-1-甲基-2-[(苯硫基)甲基]-1H-吲哚-3-羧酸乙酯(有关物质E),并经MS、1HNMR和13CNMR确证结构.
Abstract
To perform the quality control of arbidol hydrochloride,five potential related substances were synthesized.They were ethyl 6-bromo-4-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-5-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-[(phenylsulfinyl)-methyl]-1H-indole-3-carboxylate(related substance A),ethyl 6-bromo-4-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-5-hydroxy-1,2-dimethyl-1H-indole-3-carboxylate(related substance B),ethyl 6-bromo-5-hydroxy-1-methyl-4-[(methylamino)-methyl]-2-[(phenylthio)methyl]-1H-indole-3-carboxylate(related substance C),ethyl 4-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-5-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-[(phenylthio)methyl]-1H-indole-3-carboxylate(related substance D)and ethyl 6,7-dibromo-4-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-5-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-[(phenylthio)methyl]-1H-indole-3-carboxy late(related substance E).Their chemical structures were confirmed by MS,1H NMR and 13C NMR.
