抗菌疫苗的研究进展

摘要
随着耐药菌的日益增加,抗菌疫苗作为抗菌药的替代品,在预防细菌感染方面受到了广泛关注.卡介苗、脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗、肺炎球菌结合疫苗等传统抗菌疫苗成功应用至今,但它们也各自存在局限性.这种状况推动了新型抗菌疫苗的发展.该综述对传统抗菌疫苗、新型抗菌疫苗的免疫特点以及几种抗菌疫苗的临床上市情况展开了叙述,以期为抗菌疫苗的研发提供参考.
Abstract
With the increasing number of drug resistant bacteria,antibacterial vaccines,as substitutes for antibiotics,have received wide attention in preventing bacterial infections.Traditional antibacterial vaccines such as the bacillus Calmette-Guérin vaccine,meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine,and pneumococcal conjugate vaccine have been successfully applied to this day,but they also have their own limitations.This situation has driven the development of novel antibacterial vaccines.This review describes the immune characteristics of traditional and new antibacterial vaccines,as well as the clinical marketing of several antibacterial vaccines,in order to provide references for the development of antibacterial vaccines.
