摘要

本综述介绍了常用超微粉碎设备的原理、结构及发展方向;概括了超微粉碎技术在中药制备领域的应用,如提高中药破壁率、优化中药理化性质、促进中药浸提、提高中药成分药效、便于中药后续加工.阐述了粒子设计技术与中药粉体技术的结合原理.此外,对中药超微粉末的粒径测定方法、细胞破壁率评价方法和药动学-药效学评价方法提出建议.最后,展望了超微粉碎技术的发展前景,总结了该技术亟待解决的问题,以期为超微粉碎技术在中药领域的应用提供支持.

Abstract

This review introduces the principles,structures and development directions of commonly used ultrafine pulverizing equipment.The application of ultrafine pulverization technology in preparation of traditional Chinese medicines is systematically outlined,including enhancing the wall breaking rate,refining the physicochemical properties,promoting the extraction,elevating the efficacy of medicinal components,and streamlining subsequent processing of traditional Chinese medicines.Then,the combining principles of particle design technology with traditional Chinese medicine powder technology are elucidated.Additionally,methods for determining particle size and evaluating cell wall breaking rates,as well as the conduction of pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic studies of traditional Chinese medicine ultrafine powder are proposed.Ultimately,the development prospects of ultrafine pulverization technology are discussed,and the issues that urgently need resolution are summarized,with the aim of providing references for the application of ultrafine pulverization technology in preparation of traditional Chinese medicines.
