Qualitative Analysis on Characteristic Peaks of Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix in Fingerprints Based on High-resolution Mass Spectrometry
Qualitative analysis was performed on the characteristic peaks in the fingerprint of Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix by HPLC-high-resolution mass spectrometry.Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix was extracted by methanol with ultrasound, and then the supernatant was centrifuged and filtered before analysis. The electric spray ion source was used in positive and negative ion mode, and data was collected in full scan and data-dependent acquisition(DDA)modes. Then, these data were retrieved using LabSolutions Insight software combined with the ChemSpider database to confirm the elemental compositions and possible structural information on twelve characteristic chromatographic peaks in Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H.T.Chang and Notopterygium franchetii H.de Boiss.Among them,1,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid and praeruptorin B were identified for the first time from Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix. This study provided a reference for expanding the application of Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix and improving the overall quality evaluation system of Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii.
