基于化学模式识别结合熵权TOPSIS法的桂枝不同部位的差异分析

建立了桂枝药材及不同部位(木部、皮部)的UPLC指纹图谱,并通过相似度评价、化学模式识别和熵权TOPSIS法对桂枝药材及不同部位进行了差异性研究.结果显示,桂枝药材及木部、皮部的指纹图谱中均确定了 6个相同的共有峰,并指认了 5个成分;10批桂枝药材、木部及皮部与相应对照图谱相似度均大于0.990.方差分析结果显示,桂枝木部与皮部之间6个成分均有显著性差异(P<0.05).聚类分析和主成分分析均显示桂枝药材与皮部化学成分更为接近,正交偏最小二乘法判别分析可将桂枝药材、木部、皮部分别聚为一类,并筛选出桂皮醛是引起桂枝不同部位差异的主要变量.熵权TOPSIS法显示,桂枝药材、木部、皮部的欧式贴近度(Ci)平均值分别为0.458、0.249、0.577.建立的方法可反映桂枝不同部位的差异性,对桂枝药材的质量控制提供了参考.
Differences Analysis of Different Parts of Cinnamomi Ramulus Based on Chemical Pattern Recognition and Entropy TOPSIS Method
The UPLC fingerprints of Cinnamomi Ramulus and its different parts were established,and the differences of Cinnamomi Ramulus and its different parts were investigated by similarity evaluation,chemical pattern recognition and entropy TOPSIS method.The results showed that six common peaks were determined and five components were identified in the fingerprints of Cinnamomi Ramulus,xylem and phloem.The similarity values of Cinnamomi Ramulus,xylem and phloem in ten batches were all greater than 0.990.The results of variance analysis showed that there were significant differences in six components between xylem and phloem.Cluster analysis and principal component analysis showed that the chemical compositions of Cinnamomi Ramulus were more similar to those of phloem than xylem.The results of orthogonal partial least square discriminant analysis could cluster Cinnamomi Ramulus and its different parts into three categories,which were Cinnamomi Ramulus,xylem and phloem.And cinnamaldehyde was screened as the main variable causing the difference of different parts of Cinnamomi Ramulus.The results of entropy TOPSIS method showed that the Euclid approach degree(Ci)of Cinnamomi Ramulus,xylem and phloem were 0.458,0.249 and 0.577,respectively.The established method can reflect the differences of Cinnamomi Ramulus,and provide a reference for the quality control of Cinnamomi Ramulus.
