摘要
由于超声成像具有非侵入性、相对简便、无电离辐射等特点,已被广泛用于各个领域.超声造影剂在超声成像中发挥着重要作用,通常由软壳或硬壳材料组成,尺寸从纳米到微米不等,功能从最初的成像诊断发展成诊断、治疗一体化模式.部分上市的超声造影剂(例如Levovist®、Optison®、Definity®和Sonovue®)已在欧洲、亚洲等地区用于临床超声检查.该综述重点介绍了微泡超声造影剂的研究进展及其临床应用,以期为新型超声造影剂的开发提供参考.
Abstract
Ultrasound imaging has been widely used in various fields due to its non-invasiveness,relative simplicity,and no ionizing radiation.Ultrasound contrast agents play an important role in ultrasound imaging,which are usually composed of soft or hard shell materials,with sizes ranging from nanometers to micrometers.And their functions have evolved from initial imaging diagnosis to the integrated mode of diagnosis and treatment.Some marketed ultrasound contrast agents,such as Levovist®,Optison®,Definity® and Sono Vue® have been used in clinical ultrasound examinations in Europe,Asia and elsewhere.This review focuses on the research progress of microbubble ultrasound contrast agents and their clinical applications,in order to provide a reference for the development of new ultrasound contrast agents.
