摘要
为控制非诺贝特的质量,制备了非诺贝特7种有关物质:4-氯-4'-羟基二苯甲酮(有关物质A)、2-[4-(4-氯苯甲酰基)苯氧基]-2-甲基丙酸(有关物质B)、2-[4-(4-氯苯甲酰基)苯氧基]-2-甲基丙酸甲酯(有关物质C)、2-[4-(4-氯苯甲酰基)苯氧基]-2-甲基丙酸乙酯(有关物质D)、2-[[2-(4-(4-氯苯甲酰基)苯氧基)-2-甲基丙酰基]氧基]-2-甲基丙酸(有关物质E)、2-[4-(4-羟基苯甲酰基)苯氧基]-2-甲基丙酸(有关物质F)、2,2'-[[羰基双(4,1-亚苯基)]双(氧基)]双(2-甲基丙酸)(有关物质G),并用MS和NMR对其进行了结构确证.
Abstract
In order to control the quality of fenofibrate,seven related substances of fenofibrate were prepared,namely 4-chloro-4'-hydroxybenzophenone(related substance A),2-[4-(4-chlorobenzoyl)phenoxy]-2-methylpropionic acid(related substance B),methyl 2-[4-(4-chlorobenzoyl)phenoxy]-2-methylpropanoate(related substance C),ethyl 2-[4-(4-chlorobenzoyl)phenoxy]-2-methylpropanoate(related substance D),2-[[2-(4-(4-chlorobenzoyl)-phenoxy)-2-methylpropanoyl]oxy]-2-methylpropanoic acid(related substance E),2-[4-(4-hydroxybenzoyl)phenoxy]-2-methylpropanoic acid(related substance F),2,2'-[[carbonylbis(4,1-phenylene)]bis(oxy)]bis(2-methylpropanoic acid)(related substance G).Their structures were confirmed by MS and NMR.
