新医改方案下公立医院药品补偿改革研究

Study on Reformation of Public Hospital Drug Compensation under New Medical Reformation.

本文回顾了我国公立医院药品补偿的现状,结合国务院近期出台的新医改方案,对比研究了3种药品补偿改革方案.提出公立医院"同药同价"的药品补偿办法及其优越性.同时还提出了药品补偿改革的对策和建议.
The actuality of public hospital drug compensation is reviewed firstly, then three kind of drug compensation ways are compared in consideration of new medical reformation. Based on this, a method of "same drugs to equal price" and its advantage is advanced. At last, some suggestion is put forward for drug compensation.
