摘要
调查分析了2020年全年及2021年3月浙江省肿瘤医院网络信息设备的网络安全数据;运用PDCA(Plan、Do、Check、Action)循环法,针对问题提出对策,在2021年3月至11月期间,通过头脑风暴、修订制度、配置网络安全设备等办法,对院内网络信息安全问题进行了全面的管控.实践效果表明,PDCA循环法是医院网络信息安全管理的有效方法.
Abstract
The network security data of the network information equipment of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital throughout 2020 and March 2021 was investigated and analyzed;the PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Act)cycle method was used to propose countermeasures to the problems.From March to November 2021,the hospital network information security was comprehensively managed and controlled through brainstorming,revising systems,and configuring network security equipment.Practical results show that the PDCA cycle method is an effective method for hospital network information security management.
