Establishment and Application of Evaluation Index System for Paraffin Embedding Machine
Literature review,expert interviews,group discussion and other methods were used to formulate the draft evaluation index system and expert consultation questionnaire of paraffin embedding machine.Delphi method was used to determine the evaluation index,and analytic hierarchy process was used to construct the judgment matrix to obtain the weight of the evaluation index.Through the consistency test of hierarchical single ranking and hierarchical total ranking,the evaluation index system of paraffin embedding machine was formed.Finally,clinical medical staff were invited to carry out the evaluation of paraffin embedding machine according to the established evaluation index system.A set of evaluation index system of paraffin embedding machine was established,including 5 first grade indexes and 26 second grade indexes,and the authority of experts was within the satisfactory range.Clinical medical staff on a domestic brand of paraffin embedding machine trial and evaluation,from two aspects of freezing table and embedding machine put forward a total of 18 suggestions for improvement.The evaluation index system of paraffin embedding machine established in this study has high expert participation,good enthusiasm and high authority,indicating that the results can be referred.
