摘要
以公立医院高质量发展背景下探索后勤数字化转型为目标,从后勤管理的难点及误区出发,阐述了如何将物联网、5G、AI、大数据等前沿技术与医院后勤管理深度融合,并结合案例医院现状,探讨了医院智慧后勤管理平台及管理体系建设.
Abstract
This article aims to explore the digital transformation of logistics under the background of high-quality development of public hospitals.Starting from the difficulties and misconceptions of logistics management,this paper elaborates on how to deeply integrate cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things,5G,AI,and Big Data with hospital logistics management.Combining with the current situation of case hospital,this paper completes the discussion on the construction of hospital intelligent logistics management platform and management system.
