国内外医院内镜再处理区的流程布局特点
Process Layout Characteristics of Endoscope Reprocessing Areas in Domestic and Foreign Hospitals

摘要
随着内镜诊疗技术的广泛应用,软式内镜的感染控制愈发重要.内镜再处理区作为内镜中心的重要组成部分,其流程布局设计直接关系到软式内镜再处理的安全.该文通过对国内外内镜再处理区的相关规范、医院案例等进行对比分析,总结出目前国内内镜再处理区流程布局的缺陷,提出了更符合感染控制要求的"两室型"内镜再处理区,并对其应用前景进行了分析,为新建、改建内镜中心提供设计参考.
Abstract
With the extensive applications of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology,infection control of soft endoscopy is becoming more and more important.As one of the important components of endoscope center,the flow layout design of endoscope reprocessing area is directly related to the safety of soft endoscope reprocessing.Through comparative analysis of relevant norms and hospital cases of endoscopy reprocessing areas at home and abroad,this paper aims to summarize the defects of the current flow layout of endoscopy reprocessing areas at home and abroad,propose a"two-compartment"endoscopy reprocessing area that is more in line with the requirements of infection control,and analyze its application prospects,so as to provide design references for new and rebuilt endoscopy centers.
