摘要
梳理了我国应对新冠疫情过程中在设施建设方面采取的各种措施及做法,总结了抗疫过程中的相关经验.从建筑设计角度出发,提出"平疫结合"型居住建筑这一概念,为住宅建筑设计提供了一个新的思路.通过梅河芳邻租赁住宅项目实践,表明城市规划过程中建设一定数量的"平疫结合"型居住建筑,对应对大型突发公共卫生事件具有一定的意义.
Abstract
It summarizes the various measures and practices adopted in facility construction in our country in response to the COVID-19 epidemic,and relevant experience in fighting against the epidemic.From the perspective of architectural design,the concept of"combination of epidemic time and peacetime"residential buildings is proposed,which provides a new idea for residential building design.The practice of the Meihe Fanglin rental housing project shows that the construction of a certain number of"combination of epidemic time and peacetime"residential buildings in the urban planning process is of certain significance in responding to large-scale public health emergencies.
