摘要

分析了集团化医院多院区后勤机电系统管理信息化的现状,以及医院后勤管理流程存在的问题和挑战.以华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院为例,介绍医院后勤一体化综合管理平台对于后勤机电设备的集成管理实践,包括平台的功能框架、部署方式以及数据标准化和流程优化等.通过平台的部署和集成,实现了多院区后勤机电设备和系统的数据共享和协同管理.实践表明,基于综合管理平台的集成管理是解决集团化医院多院区后勤机电系统管理问题的有效途径.

Abstract

It analyzes the current situation of information management of logistics electromechanical systems in hospitals with multiple campuses,as well as the problems and challenges existing in the hospital logistics management process.Taking Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an example,it introduces the integrated management practices of logistics electromechanical equipment by the integrated logistics management platform,including the functional framework of the platform,deployment methods,data standardization and process optimization,etc.Through the deployment and integration,data sharing and collaborative management of logistics electromechanical equipment and systems in multiple campuses are achieved.Practice has shown that management based on an comprehensive management platform is an effective way to solve problems of logistics electromechanical systems in multiple campuses.
