Research on the Multi-campus Logistics Management Model of the 13 Top Tertiary Public Hospitals in Guangzhou
By questionnaire survey method,the multi-campus logistics situation of 13 top tertiary public hospitals in Guangzhou was investigated,including the administrative management model,the degree of logistics socialization,the construction of information systems,personnel management conditions and the constraints on multi-campus logistics management,etc.It is concluded that the model of flat management of branch campus and is unified management by the main campus is more socialized and conforms to the principles of simplicity and efficiency.However,factors such as insufficient logistics personnel and informatization,too many organizational levels,and long distances in branch campus have restricted branch campus management and need to further strengthen the logistics informatization construction and logistics team building in branch campus.
