The questionnaire survey method and on-site interview method were used to analyze the relevant characteristic indicators of employees of logistics service outsourcing companies in many tertiary hospitals in Hubei Province,including the structure of age,education,length of service and satisfaction with working environment,etc.The results showed that,there is an aging trend in logistics personnel,with an overall low level of education and a shortage of professional technical personnel in many tertiary hospitals in Hubei Province.The logistics service management levels could be improved by introducing new blood,recruiting professional talents,implementing management systems,and improving incentive mechanisms.
