摘要

为有效提高后勤设备使用效率、安全性,采用半结构化访谈提纲,对湖北省妇幼保健院(光谷院区)等4家三级医院的相关人员进行深度访谈,了解医院后勤管理现状,收集相关数据资料,使用质化分析软件NVivo 11.0进行数据和文本分析,得到设备管理、信息化技术应用等方面34个初始概念、10个初始范畴、4个主范畴、1个核心范畴及其频次,并就此进行了讨论.

Abstract

In order to effectively improve the efficiency and safety of logistics equipment use,a semi-structured interview outline was used to conduct in-depth interviews with relevant personnel of four tertiary hospitals including Hubei Maternal and Child Health Hospital(Optical Valley Campus)to understand the current status of hospital logistics management.By collecting relevant data and using qualitative analysis software NVivo 11.0 for data and text analysis,obtained 34 initial concepts,10 initial categories,4 main categories,1 core category and its frequency and discussed based on these.
