The Construction of Whole Process Information Management System for the Basic Construction Project of Hospital
Based on the analysis of the current situation of hospital infrastructure construction,this paper carries out efficient information management in the decision-making stage,implementation stage and use stage of hospital infrastructure construction projects,and solves the difficulties and key points in the construction process with modular management concept.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems of insufficient staffing,weak professional ability and insufficient management experience in hospital infrastructure management,and to construct a set of information management system for the whole process of hospital infrastructure construction projects,so as to improve the standardized and refined management ability of hospital infrastructure construction.
