Investigation of the Configuration of High-end Endoscopic Systems and Minimally Invasive Surgical Instruments in Medical Institutions and Identification of Obstacles in Their Application Promotion——Based on Survey Data from 320 National Medical Institution
To comprehensively understand the current situation of high-end laparoscopic systems and minimally invasive surgical instruments allocation in medical institutions across six major regions of the country,as well as the state of laparoscopy-related education and training. This aims to provide a data foundation for constructing an applicable demonstration system and clinical evaluation framework for different centers and domestically produced high-end minimally invasive surgical instruments.Relying on specialists in various fields, electronic surveys were distributed to medical institutions of different levels across the country and subsequently collected for statistical analysis to obtain research findings. The allocation of high-end laparoscopic systems and minimally invasive surgical instruments in medical institutions at various levels is generally low, with significant potential for increasing the proportion of domestically produced equipment.Additionally, the frequency and proficiency of training related to laparoscopic systems are somewhat lacking.Equipment and training form the crucial foundation for the promotion of high-end minimally invasive surgeries, significantly determining the capability of medical institutions to perform such surgeries.Currently, there is an inadequacy in the allocation of high-end laparoscopic systems and minimally invasive surgical instruments, with insufficient training and a low proportion of domestically produced equipment. There is an urgent need for research and application of homogenized and standardized national studies on domestically produced high-end minimally invasive surgical instruments and technologies to effectively address these existing issues.
