摘要

医院建筑的"韧性"直接决定其灾害抵御能力,是医院为城市健康运行提供医疗保障的基础条件.该研究从新建大型医院防灾能力的角度,以提高系统安全韧性为目标,梳理医院面对的主要灾害类型,识别与防灾、减灾具有高关联度的设计要素.以阜阳市中医医院新院区为例,从应对突发公共事件、大规模传染病、城市洪涝灾害三个方面,对采用的关键韧性技术进行分析研究并总结梳理防灾设计策略,既完善和丰富了医院建筑设计的内涵,又为其他同类项目提供了参考借鉴,有助于提高我国医院建筑防灾、抗灾、减灾和修复的能力与水平.

Abstract

The"resilience"of hospital buildings directly determines its disaster resistance ability and is the basic condition for hospitals to provide medical security for the healthy operation of cities.From the perspective of disaster prevention capability of new large hospital,this study aims to improve system safety and resilience,sort out the main disaster types faced by hospitals,and identify the design elements that are highly related to disaster prevention and reduction.Taking the new hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Fuyang City as an example,from three aspects of dealing with public emergencies,large-scale infectious diseases and extreme meteorological disasters,the key resilience technologies adopted were analyzed and studied,and disaster prevention design strategies were summarized,which not only improved and enriched the connotation of hospital architectural design,also provides a reference for other similar projects,and helps to improve the ability of disaster prevention,resistance,disaster reduction and restoration of hospital buildings in China.
