概述了医院后勤精细化管理平台建设的必要性,以中国医学科学院阜外医院后勤管理为例,阐述了应用物联网、智能化监控和大数据分析等手段对医院后勤运维进行数字化转型升级的解决方案,提出以数字化的技术手段促进医院后勤精细化管理.
Abstract
It outlines the necessity of building a hospital logistics refinement management platform,taking the logistics management of Fuwai Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences as an example,elaborates on the digital transformation and upgrading solutions for hospital logistics operations through the application of IoT,intelligent monitoring,and big data analysis,and proposes the use of digital technology to promote refined hospital logistics management.
