Analysis of Intelligent Energy Saving Application of Medical Gas Systems in Small and Medium Sized Hospitals
This article explores energy-saving technologies and implementation paths suitable for medical gas scenarios in small and medium-sized hospitals.By defining energy-saving and efficiency improvement evaluation indicators such as energy consumption, equipment reliability, management maintenance costs and total ownership costs, basic safety requirements and energy-saving technical measures for medical gases are proposed. Then, specific locations, contents, and alarm rules for real-time monitoring points are specified. Finally,a central monitoring and alarm platform is used for intelligent operation and predictive maintenance of equipment. The comprehensive renovation cost involving the central oxygen supply system can be controlled within an average of 3 500 yuan per bed, reducing its 10-year total ownership cost by 26%.
