摘要
将目标—量化—协同(Object-Measure-Cooperation,OMC)体系应用到射波刀机房改造过程中,以缩短机房改造工期为目标,运用OMC管理理念对机房改造各个阶段进行管控,实现建设项目按时、保质交付,保障大型医疗设备按时安装,为其他医疗机构提供参考经验.
Abstract
Apply the Objective-Measurement-Cooperation(OMC)system to the renovation process of a CyberKnife machine room,aiming to shorten the renovation period.Integrating the OMC management concept to control each stage of the machine room renovation to ensure the project is delivered on time and meets quality standards,ensuring the timely installation of large medical equipment;provides reference experience for peer medical institutions.
