15省市医用织物洗涤消毒管理模式的现况调查

摘要
基于《医院医用织物洗涤消毒技术规范》的内容设计问卷,对15个省、直辖市内不同级别医疗机构的医用织物洗涤消毒管理情况进行调查.结果显示,医疗机构中不同管理部门组织工作人员培训和考核的频率普遍不高.后勤部门在织物运送和储存过程的规范执行率最高,院感科更重视对工作人员的培训工作,而护理部则在医用织物收集过程中的规范执行率最高.建议大型医院应促成多个部门协作下的医用织物管理新模式.
Abstract
Based on the content of the"Hospital Medical Textile Washing and Disinfection Technical Specification,"a questionnaire survey was conducted on the management of medical textile washing and disinfection in different levels of medical institutions in 15 provinces and municipalities.The results show that the frequency of training and assessment of staff by different management departments in medical institutions is generally not high.The logistics department has the highest rate of standard execution in the transportation and storage process of textiles,the hospital infection department places more emphasis on the training of staff,and the nursing department has the highest rate of standard execution in the collection process of medical textiles.It is suggested that large hospitals should promote a new model of medical textile management under the collaboration of multiple departments.
