摘要
后勤"一站式"服务中心的提出,可以回应和解决医院后勤管理实践中存在的部分问题,提升医院后勤集约式、精细化管理水平.该文结合已有文献和实践中关于后勤"一站式"服务中心建设的探索,对其建设动因、建设思路、建设方案等进行总结,为后续的后勤"一站式"服务中心建设提供借鉴参考.
Abstract
The proposal of the"One-stop"logistics service center can respond to and solve some problems in the practice of hospital logistics management,and improve the intensive and refined management level of hospital logistics.Combined with the existing literature and practice on the exploration of the construction of logistics"One-stop"service center,this paper summarizes the construction motivations,construction ideas and construction plans of the logistics"One-stop"service center,so as to provide reference for the subsequent construction of logistics"One-stop"service center.
