介绍了传统医院后勤设施管理模式的痛点;提出了推动"一站式"后勤设施管理模式的必要性;分析了数字孪生技术运用于"一站式"后勤设施管理的意义与优势;阐述了"一站式"理念与数字孪生融合的技术路径;介绍了上海市儿童医院在"一站式"后勤设施管理方面的实践和创新,并对效果进行了评价.
Abstract
The pain points of the hospital traditional logistics facility management mode were introduced.The necessity of promoting the"One-stop"logistics facility management model was proposed.The significance and advantages of digital twin technology in"One-stop"facility management were analyzed.The technical path of the integration of the"One-stop"concept and digital twin was expounded.The practice and innovation of Shanghai Children's Hospital in the management of"One-stop"logistics facilities were introduced,and the effect was evaluated.
