摘要
医用耗材管理在医院运营管理中扮演着至关重要的角色.然而,传统的耗材管理模式存在人工劳动成本高、安全管理欠规范以及采购成本高等问题,已经无法满足现代化医院对精细化管理的需求.上海市质子重离子医院在2015年开业初期采用了SPD医用耗材供应链管理模式进行耗材管理,并取得了一定的成效.该文介绍了该医院基于SPD医用耗材供应链管理模式开展耗材管理的实践经验,为进一步提升医用耗材管理水平提供参考.
Abstract
The management of medical consumables plays a crucial role in the operation management of hospitals.However,the traditional consumable management model has problems such as high labor costs,unstandardized safety management,and high procurement costs,which can no longer meet the needs of modern hospitals for refined management.Shanghai Proton and Heavy Ion Hospital adopted the SPD(Supply,Processing,and Distribution)medical consumable supply chain management model for consumable management at the beginning of its opening in 2015 and has achieved certain results.This article introduces the practical experience of consumable management based on the SPD medical consumable supply chain management model in the hospital,providing a reference for further improving the level of medical consumable management.
