摘要
通过调研,从人、财、物、信息化管理等方面分析了医院后勤管理面临的难题;提出了推进医院后勤智慧化落地的7个举措,包括统一规划目标、组织思想统一、标准制度统一、基础数据统一、服务入口统一、建立人员培养体系、信息化系统建设.
Abstract
Through research,the difficulties faced by hospital logistics management have been analyzed from aspects such as personnel,finance,materials,and information management;seven measures have been proposed to promote the implementation of smart logistics in hospitals,including unified planning goals,unified organizational thinking,unified standards and systems,unified basic data,unified service entry,establishment of personnel training systems,and construction of information systems.
