Exploration of the Logistics Support Emergency System Based on Grid Management Mode
Leveraging the grid management mode, the logistics support emergency system has been explored for eight key tasks involved in the epidemic prevention and control process, including comprehensive coordination, process reengineering, human resources, engineering and property, waste management, security and extinguishing control, material support, and care and concern.Responsibilities have been clearly defined, and quality management has been quickly formed through the PDCA cycle method. The three major functions of the logistics support emergency system—"leadership,""linkage,"and"care"—have been continuously strengthened to effectively play the role of top-level design, ensuring that work is standardized and orderly, and effectively solving the dilemmas faced by logistics management in designated municipal treatment hospitals.
