摘要
基于"结构-过程-结果"(Structure-Process-Outcome,SPO)医疗质量评价模型构建三级公立医院后勤服务高质量发展综合评价模型,并初步确定评价指标,运用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定评价指标及其权重,最终构建了包括10个一级指标、26个二级指标和71个三级指标的评价体系.
Abstract
Based on the"Structure-Process-Outcome"(SPO)medical quality evaluation model,a comprehensive evaluation model for the high-quality development of logistics services in tertiary public hospitals has been constructed,and the evaluation indicators have been preliminarily determined.The Delphi method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)have been used to determine the evaluation indicators and their weights,ultimately an evaluation system that includes 10 first-level indicators,26 second-level indicators,and 71 third-level indicators has been created.
