Research on the Construction of the Comprehensive Evaluation Index System for High-quality Development of Logistics Services in Tertiary Public Hospitals
Based on the"Structure-Process-Outcome"(SPO)medical quality evaluation model,a comprehensive evaluation model for the high-quality development of logistics services in tertiary public hospitals has been constructed,and the evaluation indicators have been preliminarily determined.The Delphi method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)have been used to determine the evaluation indicators and their weights,ultimately an evaluation system that includes 10 first-level indicators,26 second-level indicators,and 71 third-level indicators has been created.
