EPC(Engineering-procurement-construction)项目多数为总价包干,且在初步设计批复以后发包,错漏问题不可避免,成本管控难度较大.因此,实施限额设计管理,为可能存在的小项缺漏、各专项之间的界面遗漏留足弥补的成本空间至关重要.鉴于传统工程建设模式下按设计概算拆解实施的方法对EPC项目限额设计缺乏适用性,该文提出了EPC项目限额设计管理方法,并结合项目案例进行应用说明.希望为限额设计管理的顺利实施提供借鉴.
Research on Method and Application of EPC Quota Design Management
EPC projects are mostly lump-sum contracts,and they are contracted after the preliminary design is approved,making it inevitable to have omissions and errors,and the difficulty of cost control is relatively large.Therefore,implementing quota design management is crucial to leave enough cost space for potential minor omissions and interface omissions between various specialties.Given that the traditional construction model method of implementing according to the design estimate breakdown is not suitable for EPC project quota design,this article proposes a quota design management method for EPC projects and applies it with project cases.It is hoped to provide reference for the smooth implementation of quota design management.
