摘要
介绍了中国医学科学院肿瘤医院外科楼中央空调冷冻站节能自控改造的方案,以及对制冷机组、冷冻水泵、冷却水泵、冷却塔的控制策略及春秋季使用室外冷源代替螺杆式制冷机组的节能方案.分析了改造后2023年制冷季的冷源能效比、节电量、设备耗电量占比等,以及未来类似项目的应用前景.
Abstract
It introduces the energy-saving automatic control transformation plan of the central air conditioning refrigeration station of the surgical building of the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,as well as the control strategies for the refrigeration unit,freezing water pump,cooling water pump,and cooling tower,and the energy-saving plan of using outdoor cold sources to replace the screw refrigeration unit in spring and autumn.The analysis includes the energy efficiency ratio of the cold source,the amount of electricity saved,the proportion of equipment power consumption,etc.,after the transformation in the 2023 cooling season,as well as the application prospects of similar projects in the future.
