Design Considerations for Optimizing the Workflow of Medical Staff in Isolation Areas Based on QC Methods——Taking the Infection Building of Liaocheng Chiping District People's Hospital as an Example
In response to the actual problem of the long medical staffworkflow and low diagnostic and treatment efficiency in the isolation area of the Infection Building of Liaocheng Chiping District People's Hospital,the quality control(referred to as QC)topic is identified as optimizing the workflow of medical staff in the isolation area.Based on the QC method:sort out the existing drawings to confirm the crux of the topic,through on-site investigation and analysis,identify the four key factors of the crux;formulate a countermeasure table for the key factors;based on the countermeasure table,propose various optimization plans and determine the best plan;verify the effectiveness of the QC method through solidification measures.
