摘要
介绍了当前国内医院食堂功能布局、建筑规模相关研究进展以及建设、管理的相关规范与标准,在总结其功能规划、分析其流线设计的基础上,提出科学的平面布局形式,并对其规模提出了具体建议.
Abstract
It introduces the current hospital canteen functional layout,research progress of architectural scale as well as the relevant norms and standards for construction and management.Based on summarizing its functional planning and analyzing its streamline design,it proposes a scientific floor layout form and puts forward specific suggestions for its scale.
