医院动力运行系统智慧管理平台构建路径及优化策略研究

随着我国医疗机构的改革和信息化建设的不断推进,医院越来越重视智慧平台在医院后勤管理中的应用.在这种形势下,加强智慧后勤管理平台的建设、优化运维系统成为提高医院发展潜力的重要手段,有利于改变以往医院陈旧的后勤管理模式,充分利用医疗资源,解决能耗、设备安全检测及成本控制等问题,助推后勤服务的规范化、科学化、精准化,为医院可持续发展提供基础和保障.该文基于泰康同济(武汉)医院的后勤管理实践,介绍了动力运行系统智慧管理平台在医院后勤精细化管理中的具体运用和取得的效益,并提出平台发展的展望.
Research on the Path and Optimization Strategy for the Construction of Intellignt Management Platform of Hospital Power Operation System
With the continuous advancement of medical institution reform and information construction in China,hospitals are paying more and more attention to the application of intelligent platforms in hospital logistics management.In this context,strengthening the construction and optimizing the operation and maintenance system of the intelligent logistics management platform has become an important means to improve the development potential of hospitals.It is conducive to changing the old logistics management model of hospitals,making full use of medical resources,and solving problems such as energy consumption,equipment safety detection,and cost control,promoting the standardization,scientification,and precision of logistics services,and providing a foundation and guarantee for the sustainable development of hospitals.Based on the logistics management practice of Taikang Tongji(Wuhan)Hospital,this article introduces the specific application and benefits of the intelligent management platform of the power operation system in the refined management of hospital logistics,and puts forward the prospects for the development of the platform.
