基于套包模式的跟台类医用耗材精细化管理

摘要
针对常规管理模式下跟台类医用耗材申领不规范、管理效率低、信息化程度低等问题,分析了跟台类医用耗材管理中的难点,提出使用套包模式优化跟台类医用耗材管理.从套包名称设计、基础数据维护、手术套包制作、预验收与入库、使用、扫码收费及退库、结算管理等方面阐述采用套包模式优化跟台类耗材管理的实施过程,并从规范化、精细化管理角度进行结果评价.结果表明,通过套包模式管理跟台类医用耗材,可提升跟台类医用耗材合规化、精细化管理水平.
Abstract
Aiming at the difficulties of non-standard application,low-efficiency management and low degree of informatization of medical consumables involving external technicians under the usual management mode,the paper analyzes the difficulties in the management of medical consumables,and puts forward the use of package mode to optimize the management of medical consumables.The paper expounds the implementation process of the optimization of operative package and the follow-up materials from the aspects of package name,basic data maintenance,surgical package production,pre-acceptance and storage,use,scanning code for charge and withdrawal,and settlement management,and the results were evaluated from the perspective of standardization and refinement.Through the management of medical consumables involving external technicians with operative package,the compliance and refined management of consumables can be improved.
