摘要
为解决低值耗材三级库管理中存在的盘点困难等问题、减少三级库库存损耗、提高医务人员使用耗材的准确性,文章从三级库库存上下限设置、零库存校验和超耗提醒、三级库使用行为分析等方面进行功能优化,探讨基于SPD(Supply-Processing-Distribution)模式的低值耗材三级库管理,为实现低值耗材三级库管理的规范性、溯源性及提高落地应用性提供管理思路.
Abstract
In order to solve the difficult problem of three-level inventory management of low-value consumables in practical application,reduce the three-level inventory cost and standardize the accuracy of using consumables by medical staff,this paper discusses the three-level inventory management of low-value consumable materials based on SPD mode from the functions of three-level inventory setting,zero-level inventory checking and over-consumption reminding,three-level inventory using behavior analysis and so on,to achieve the low-value consumables three-level inventory management standardization,traceability and improve the application of management ideas.
