摘要
医用耗材精益化管理是医疗机构实现高质量发展的重要环节.基于医用耗材管理的视角,结合广州某三甲医院医用耗材智慧管理模式的实践,从节约资金成本、人力成本、时间成本三个维度出发,总结智慧管理模式相较于传统模式的优越性.探讨通过医用耗材智慧管理实现提质增效的对策,以期为医疗机构实现医用耗材精益化管理提供科学支撑和有益借鉴.
Abstract
Lean management of medical consumables is an important aspect for medical institutions to achieve high-quality development.From the perspective of medical consumable management,combined with the practice of intelligent management mode in tertiary A hospital in Guangzhou,summarizes the advantages of the intelligent management mode over the traditional mode from three dimensions:saving financial costs,labor costs,and time costs.It explores strategies to improve quality and efficiency through intelligent management of medical consumables,aiming to provide scientific support and valuable reference for medical institutions to achieve lean management of medical consumables.
