Design and Practice of Hospital Power System Technical Improvement Scheme——Taking Subei People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province as an Example
Taking the power system technical improvement project of the Subei People's Hospital in Jiangsu Province as the research object,using management tools it analyzes the key points of the hospital power system technical improvement project from four dimensions:planning,implementation,inspection,and processing.The technical improvement scheme was designed and successfully implemented,continuously enhancing the hospital's power supply capacity.The smooth implementation of the technical improvement project benefits from the application of management tools in the hospital power system improvement scheme,providing new ideas for similar technical improvement projects.
