摘要
建筑信息模型(Building Information Modelling,BIM)作为一项成熟的信息化技术,在医院设施运维管理中的应用具有较大潜力.该文通过使用文献计量软件与质性分析开展文献研究,分析BIM在医院设施运维管理中应用的研究脉络.同时,结合医院管理现状,分析了BIM在医院设施运维管理中应用的研究主题和未来主要研究方向.
Abstract
As a significant information technology,Building Information Modelling(BIM)has great potential in the application of hospital facility operation and maintenance management.This paper carries out a literature review by biliometric software and qualitative analysis to analyze the research context of BIM application in facility operation and maintenance management.At the same time,combined with the current situation of hospital management,the research theme and future main research direction of BIM in hospital facility operation and maintenance management were analyzed.
