摘要
以山东大学齐鲁医院7×24小时后勤报修全过程管理为例,以"基于证据的持续质量改进模式图"为理论依据,以PDCA循环为指导,组建工作团队,总结分析医院7×24小时后勤报修全过程管理模式存在的问题及管理需求,梳理服务模式,开展应用分析及效果评价,以期为其他单位实现服务流程优化及资源整合提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
Taking the 24/7 logistics repair management of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University as an example,based on the"evidence-based continuous quality improvement model diagram"as the theoretical basis,guided by the PDCA cycle,a working team was formed to summarize and analyze the problems and management needs of the 24/7 logistics repair management model of the hospital,sorted out the service model,carried out application analysis and effect evaluation,in order to provide useful references for other hospitals to optimize service processes and integrate resources.
