24/7 Logistics Repair Full Process Management Practice in Tertiary General Hospitals
Taking the 24/7 logistics repair management of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University as an example,based on the"evidence-based continuous quality improvement model diagram"as the theoretical basis,guided by the PDCA cycle,a working team was formed to summarize and analyze the problems and management needs of the 24/7 logistics repair management model of the hospital,sorted out the service model,carried out application analysis and effect evaluation,in order to provide useful references for other hospitals to optimize service processes and integrate resources.
