摘要
回顾了我国公立医院分院区发展历程并剖析其产生原因;在系统概括公立医院分院区建设管理模式的基础上,分析现阶段公立医院分院区建设管理面临的难点并提出相应对策建议,为进一步深入研究未来公立医院分院区发展建设、促进主院区与分院区一体化管理和同质化发展提供参考.
Abstract
Reviewed the development process of public hospital branch areas in China and analyzed their causes.On the basis of summarizing the construction and management mode of public hospital branch areas,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the construction and management of public hospital branch areas at the current stage and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,providing reference for further in-depth research on the development and construction of public hospital branch areas in the future,promoting the integrated management and homogeneous development of the main and branch areas.
