医用质子重离子加速器循环冷却水系统低能耗运行模式研究与节能成效分析

研究医用质子重离子加速器冷却水系统低能耗控制方法,在保障运行可靠性的同时降低能耗.分析质子重离子加速器配电系统在各类工作模式下的电流数据以及循环冷却水负载温度数据,区分数据特征;分析模式切换时的电流变化和冷却水负载温度变化,研究模式转换的判断方法,制定控制方案.方案实施后,年度综合能耗下降19.3%.这一方案降低了系统运行成本,可作为质子重离子加速器能耗控制以及新系统设计的参考方案.
The Low-power Operation Mode Study and Energy Saving Efficiency Analysis of the Medical Proton and Heavy Ion Accelerator's Circulating Cooling Water System
This article studies the low-power control methods of the medical proton and heavy ion accelerator's cooling water system,thereby achieving a balance between energy consumption and operation reliability.Analyzing the electric monitoring data and circulating cooling water temperature data of proton and heavy ion accelerator under various operation modes,studying the data characteristics under these modes.Analyzing the electrical data and cooling water temperature data of during mode switching,studying the judgment method for system mode switching.The results show that the annual comprehensive energy consumption has decreased 19.3%.The research decreased system operation cost,and the methods can be applied as a reference approach for energy consumption control and new system design of medical proton and heavy ion accelerator.
