摘要

基于英、德等发达国家用于解决大量髋关节或膝关节置换手术需求的通仓手术室,针对我国日益增加的肺部手术量,运用仿真模拟(Computational Fluid Dynamics,简称CFD)技术分析国外通仓手术室气流特点,通过模拟进行比选,进而对通仓手术室实体模型进行实测选优,研发出适合肺部手术的通仓交融手术室,已在同济大学附属上海市肺科医院手术部建成并投入运行.一年多的运行表明,通仓交融手术室在保证手术环境控制的基础上,不仅破解了高级医护人员不足的窘境,同时缩短了每台手术换台时间、加快手术周转率,提高了手术室使用效率,实现了降低每次手术成本的经济效益,以及让有限的医疗资源服务更多患者的社会效益,值得应用与推广.

Abstract

Based on the demand for hip or knee replacement surgery in developed countries such as the UK and Germany,and in response to the increasing demand for lung surgery in China,CFD analysis was used to analyze the airflow characteristics and simulation comparison of foreign open surgery rooms,as well as the actual measurement and optimization of open surgery room models.A suitable open surgery room for lung surgery was developed,which has been built and put into operation in Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University.Over a year of operation indicates that,on the basis of ensuring the control of the operating environment,the barn intergrated operating room not only breaking through the"dilemma"of the lack of senior medical staff,but also shortens the operating room turnover time of each set,speeds up the turnover rate of surgery,improves the operating room efficiency,realizes the economic benefits of reducing the cost and energy consumption of each operation,and realizes the social benefits of limited medical resources to serve more patients,which is worthy of application and promotion.
