Influence Analysis of Localization Application of Radiation Air Conditioning in Operating Room on Patients and Medical Staff
To explore and compare the effects of new radiant air conditioners and traditional convection air conditioners on patients and medical staff in the application of operating rooms.A total of 47 minimally invasive surgery cases were selected, and the information including intraoperative health, thermal sensation and comfort of medical staff were collected.SPSS19.0 was used for analysis.Patients with surgery longer than 2 hours are more likely to experience prolonged resuscitation during surgery;Compared with convection air conditioning, the use of radiant air conditioning in a clean operating room does not pose a significant risk to the health of patients during surgery; In the radiation-conditioned operating room, anesthesiologists are more satisfied with the sound environment and the surgeon is more satisfied with the thermal comfort of the back.Compared with traditional convection air conditioning, radiation air conditioning in the localization process of clean operating room,no significant difference was found in the impact of intraoperative patients'health, and it has certain advantages in the comfort of medical staff. This conclusion has certain reference value for the selection of air conditioning equipment in operating rooms.
