摘要
基于"平安医院"和"一网统管"的建设要求,对上海市长宁区内公立医疗机构监控体系进行前期调研和专题论证,发现存在的薄弱环节和问题,提出区域数字化智慧监控融合平台的建设路径和应用场景,并融合各医疗机构独立建设的监控平台,在取得成效的同时提出了进一步改进方向.
Abstract
Based on the construction requirements of"Safe Hospital"and"One Network Unified Management,"it conducts preliminary research and special demonstration on the monitoring system of public medical institutions in Changning District,Shanghai,identifies existing weaknesses and problems,proposes the construction path and application scenarios of the regional digital intelligent monitoring integration platform,and integrates the monitoring platforms independently built by various medical institutions.While achieving results,it also proposes further improvement directions.
