Research on Urban Space Evaluation Around Large Hospitals in Urban Center
This paper takes typical hospitals in Chaoyang District of Beijing as the research object,uses statistical regression method to quantitatively evaluate urban space,analyzes the surrounding urban space characteristics of relevant samples,discusses the influence of surrounding urban space of medical buildings on the use of hospitals,and concludes that the influence degree of surrounding urban space from high to low is as follows:Land function mixing degree,land plot ratio,public facilities distribution,road accessibility,bus station coverage.This study considers the integrated design and integration of large hospitals and the surrounding urban space,providing new ideas for the expansion,renewal mode and development of urban space under the influence of hospital.
